摘要
从食品厂废水中分离到一株厌氧、革兰氏阴性、不运动的无芽孢杆菌。该菌株能代谢多种碳水化合物产酸,代谢100mol 葡萄糖产约50mol 乙酸、25mol 丁酸、50mol 乙醇、350mol H,和300mol CO_2。DNA 的 G+C 含量是30.7mol%。与已发表的有关种属的特征比较表明,它是拟杆菌属中的一个新种,命名为产乙醇拟杆菌(Bacteroides eth(?)nologenes n.sp)。
An anaerobic,Gram negative,nonmotile,nonsporeforming,rodshaped bacterium wasisolated from food plant waste water.Avariety of carbohydrates were metabolized.About 50 mol acetate,25 mol butyrate,50mol ethanol,350 mol H_2 and 300 mol CO_2were produced from 100 mol glucose.Themol% G+C content of the DNA is 30.7(Tm).It differs from the relative genuera of bacteriapublished,closes relatively to the genus ofBacteroides.Since it differs from all of thespecies in the genus of Bacteroides by produc-ing ethanol,the name of Bacteroidesethanologenes was given.
