摘要
建立了土壤久效磷的薄层层析―紫外分光光度测定法。以甲醇提取目标组分,以硅胶GF254为固定相。环己烷:丙酮:氯仿(1l:11:5)为展开剂,对土壤样品进行分离,用紫外分光光度法进行定量,波长为214 nm。结果表明,本法简捷、准确度高、精密度好,平均RSD为1.09%,平均回收率为99.22%。
A method of TLC—UV spectrophotometry was set up for determining soil monocrotophos.Target components were extracted by methanol.The separation of soil sample was accomplished on GF254 plate by using the mobile phase of eyelohexane:acetone:chloroform(11:11:5).The contents of the soil were determined by UV spectrophotometry when the detection wavelength was 214 nm.The result showed that the method was simple and direct,its precision was high,the average RSD was 1.09% and the recovery was 92.22%.
