离子液体中制备生物柴油酯交换反应动力学研究 被引量:1

Kinetic studies on transesterification of biodiesel prepared in ionic liquids

摘要 以4类不同含氮官能团及不同阴离子的离子液体为催化剂,当催化剂用量为反应物摩尔数的5.7%,醇油摩尔比为12,反应温度170℃时研究了三油酸甘油酯与甲醇的酯交换反应动力学.利用Matlab程序,将实验数据拟合,确定反应动力学速率方程,并对不同离子液体催化剂活性进行评价.结果表明,模型计算结果与实验数据吻合良好,离子液体催化活性与其含氮官能团结构和阴离子酸强度以及酸量有关. When the mole ratio of catalyst quantity to reactants is 5.7%,alcohol to oil is 12 and the reaction temperature is 170 ℃,the kinetics of transesterification of triolein with methanol is studied by four kinds of ionic liquids with netrogen-contained chemical groups and different anions as catalysts.Through experiments of kinetics and by Matlab programs and fitting of the experimental data,the reaction dynamics rate equation are determined.What's more,the catalytic activities of ionic liquids are evaluated.The results show the model calculation results are in very good agreement with experimental data,and the catalytic activities are associated with the structures of nitrogen chemical groups,anionic acid strength and acid volume.
