急性心肌梗死26例急诊PCI术护理体会 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗死急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术(PC I)的护理。方法患者均采用PC I使急性坏死受损心肌血运重建,并给予积极的术前、术中、术后全程全方位护理。结果 26例患者急诊PC I术后血运重建全部成功,无严重并发症发生。结论急性心肌梗死患者越早治疗,损伤的心肌恢复越好;术中护理配合得当,可提高PC I术的成功率。
