摘要跟骨骨折是比较常见的骨折类型,大约占全部骨折的2%,而其中75%为关节内骨折[1-2]。大部分跟骨骨折由高能量暴力损伤引起,如机动车事故、高处坠落伤等,不仅跟骨体及关节面骨折粉碎,而且周围踝部、后足。
