摘要
目的观察食管微量射频治疗胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)伴随咽喉部症状的疗效。方法选择2006年4月～2007年7月于我中心就诊的行射频治疗的GERD 370例。治疗前后对咽喉部症状进行统计分析。结果 370例GRED中有199例(53.8%)伴有咽喉部症状,包括咽喉部异物感、咽喉部发痒、咽喉部发紧、声音嘶哑,咽痛、清嗓及其他症状。治疗后除其他症状外,不同咽部症状评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。134例(67.3%)治疗有效,不同咽喉部症状显效率33.3%～49.4%,缓解率13.0%～18.5%,无效率33.1%～52.2%。结论 GERD可以引起咽喉部症状,食管微量射频治疗疗效确切。
Objective To observe the efficacy of low-level radiofrequency in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） patients associated with throat symptoms. Methods 370 patients with GERD who underwent radiofrequency treatment during April 2006 and July 2007 were enrolled, and the throat symptoms in the patients were analyzed before and after treatment. Results Among the 370 patients, 199 patients （53.8%） were associated with throat symptoms, including foreign body sensation, itchy in the throat, throat tightness, hoarseness, sore throat, throat clearing, and other discomfort. After treatment, the scores of different throat symptom were lower than that before treatment, and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The throat symptoms improved in 134 eases（67. 3% ）, and the efficacy rate in the patients was 33.3% to 49. 4%, remission rate was 13.0% to 18. 5%, and inefficiency rate was 33. 1% to 52. 2%. Conclusion GERD can cause throat symptoms, and esophagus low-level radiofrequency treatment is effective.
