四终端铁磁/半导体/铁磁异质结的自旋输运性质

On Spin Transport Properties of the Four-terminal Ferromagnetic/semiconductor/ferromagnetic Heterjunction

摘要 提出了含有δ势垒的四终端铁磁/半导体/铁磁异质结模型,研究了该模型透射概率的性质.结果表明:透射概率随半导体长度的增加产生周期性振荡,且与δ势垒强度及电子的自旋方向相关,Rashba自旋轨道耦合强度、外磁场对透射概率均有影响. A model of four-terminal ferromagnetic/ semiconductor/ferromagnetic heterjunction containing δ barrier is proposed.The results indicate that the transmission probability makes periodic oscillation with the length of the semiconductor increasing.It is related to the barrier together with the electron spin orientation.Moreover,Rashba spin-orbit interaction as well as the strength and the direction of external magnetic field also have influence on the transmission probability.
