摘要
通过对2000年样本地区的再次调查,比较2008年与2000年的居民入户调查、领导意向调查与机构调查数据,分析农村居民对防保服务的认知及利用情况的变迁。研究发现,农村居民的健康意识有了明显增强,对于计划免疫等传染病预防控制服务的认知及利用显著提升,但对部分防保服务如老年人保健、慢性病预防和妇幼保健等防保服务的实际利用仍显不足。提示尚需进一步提高农村居民的防保意识,提升防保机构的综合服务能力,以促进居民对防保服务的利用,实现基本公共卫生服务均等化目标。
This paper illustrated the chang of conception and utilization of preventive care of residents from 2000 to 2008. It showed that the rural residents had a higher conception on the preventive care,but the utilization to preventive care among rural residents was still insufficient. It has discovered that,when providers did not provide suitable health care to meet the need to rural residents,the availability of preventive care was much lower. Therefore,in order to improve the utilization of preventive care,we should strengthen the importance of the prevention work and fulfill the function of preventative care.
