微生物法脱除煤炭中黄铁矿硫 被引量:22

摘要 用微生物法脱除四川松藻煤矿煤样中黄铁矿硫的初步试验已经完成。氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillus ferrooxidans)在煤炭脱硫过程中起着重要作用。根据 pH 值、接种量、煤浆浓度、摇床转速、营养成分以及培养时间对微生物煤炭脱硫的影响,确定了微生物煤炭脱硫的最佳条件。氧化亚铁硫杆菌在8天时间内,可脱除70%左右的黄铁矿硫,使煤的总含硫量从2.45%降到1,12%,低于国家规定标准(燃煤含硫量1.50%以下)。另外,还对提高微生物煤炭脱硫的一些措施及脱硫的机理进行了研究,发现在黄铁矿上适应后的菌体比非适应菌体的脱硫能力强;吸附在黄铁矿上的菌体比游离菌体的活性高;微生物直接氧化机理在脱硫过程中起着主要作用;同时还探讨了细菌处理后的煤样中还残留一部分不能被进一步作用的黄铁矿的原因。 A preliminary experiment in microbialremoval of pyritic sulfur from coal sample ofSong Zao mine in our country has recentlybeen finished.The experimental results fullyprove that Thiobacillus ferrooxidans plays animportant role in desulfurization.The ef-fects of pH,concentrations of cells inoculat-ed,coal pulp density,shake revolution,nu-trients and cultural time on microbial desul-furization were studied,and optimum desul-furization conditions were determined.Underthe optimum conditions,Thiobacillus ferro-oxidans-4 removed about 70% pyritic sulfurfrom coal and reduced total sulfur of coalfrom 2.45% to 1.12%.In addition,some measures to enhancethe rate of sulfur removal and the mechanismof desulfurization were also explored.It wasfound that the pyritic sulfur-removing abilityof the bacterium adapted to pyrite is greaterthan that of the non-adapted bacterium,andthe bacterium attached to pyrite particles hashigher activity of sulfur removal than thefree one.Some treatments of coal samplescan improve the results of sulfur removal;The direct bacterial leaching mechanism ta-kes a major role in the process of sulfur re-moval.Moreover,the reason why there wassome residual pyrite in coal after desulfuriza-tion was put forward.
