摘要
广西北部湾经济区作为国家战略,顺势发展"飞地经济"对抢占经济发展新增长点、新制高点具有重要意义;本文通过分析广西北部湾经济区发展"飞地经济"的挑战,进一步提出促进"飞地经济"发展的对策和建议;并以钦州为例分析其发展"飞地经济"的优势,希望对广西北部湾经济区"飞地经济"模式构建提供参考。
As the national strategy,Guangxi Beibu-Gulf Economic Zone takes advantage of some favorable policies to develop＂Enclaves Economy＂,it has an important significance to grab the new growth-point of economic development and new heights. Through concluding the challenges of developing＂Enclaves Economy＂ in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,the paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to promote＂Enclaves Economy＂. And taking Qinzhou as example,it analyzes the advantages to develop＂Enclaves Economy＂,hoping to provide the reference for＂Enclaves Economy＂mode＇s in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
