摘要
水利水电工程移民安置人口包括生产安置人口和搬迁安置人口,二者具有不同的属性和概念,通过分析二者之间的关系,提出了一种较为通用的计算方法,避免出现重复计算,在实际工作中可参考采用。
The resettlement population for construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects can be divided into two groups： production resettlement population and emigration resettlement population. These two groups are different in attributes and concepts. This paper explores the relationships between the two groups and proposes a general calculation method to avoid double counting.
