摘要
从吉林省的草甸土中分离到一株放线菌,编号 HD-86。该菌株具有较强的分解纤维素的能力,在以纤维素、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖为碳源时,可在无氮培养基上固氮生长。菌株还具青霉素抗性。按《伯杰细菌鉴定手册》(第八版)进行了鉴定,认为此菌为纤维素诺卡氏菌的一个新菌株。现将鉴定结果报道如下。
A strain of Nocardia cellulans HD-86was isolated from soil of Huaide,Jilin pro-vince.Its morphological and physiologicalcharacteristics are similar to Nocardia cellu-lans as described in Bergey's Manual of De-terminative Bacterology (8th) except that thetwo differences in hydrolysis of starch andresistance to penicillin.Therefore HD-86was considered to be a new strain of Nocar-dia cellulans.
