摘要
目的分析药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,为临床合理用药及正确评价ADR的发生提供参考。方法对2006年1月-2010年6月收集的已上报的ADR报告113例进行统计分析。结果急诊科上报例数最多为55例占48.67%,其次为内科,口腔科最少。男58例占51.33%,女55例占48.67%。患者年龄为0～99岁,各个年龄段均有ADR发生。其中以0～18岁的患者为主占26.55%。共涉及药品7类,其中以抗感染药物为主占67.26%。给药途径以静脉滴注为主占83.19%。ADR所涉及的器官或系统主要是皮肤及其附件,其次是消化系统、免疫系统等。结论要加强ADR监测,强化医务人员的防范意识,以促进临床合理用药,确保用药安全、有效。
Objective To analyze the incidence situation of adverse drug reaction（ADR） in the hospital,in order to supply references for clinical rational durg use and appreciation of the incidence of ADR.Methods 113 ADR case reports reported during Jan.2006 to Jun.2010 in the hospital were statistically analyzed.Results In 113 ADR cases,the emergency dpartment reported the most,that was 55 cases accounting for 48.67%,and the following was the internal department,while the operation room was the last.The ratio of gender male and female was 51.33%（58 cases） and 48.67%（55 cases）.All age brackets happened ADR,from 0 to 99,and the major age bracket was age 0~18,accounting 26.55%.7 categaries of drugs were involved,in which anti-infective agents took the biggest percent,which was 83.19%.The main clinical manifestation of organs and systems involved in ADR were lesion of skin and its accessories,and then the digestive system and immune system.Conclusion The ADR monitoring and the awareness of prevention of medical staff should be stengthened,so as to promote clinical rational drug use and ensure the satefy and effectiveness of drug use.
