摘要
从近年来我国航空飞行高度层数量增加着眼,利用现有L波段高空探测系统获取的气球经、纬度偏移量,对探空气球空间位置进行准确定位,给出了计算方法。及时将探空气球的空间位置信息传送给航空飞行管制部门参考,以避免探空气球在穿过航线上空时给航空安全造成影响。
With a view of the increase of aviation flight levels of China in recent years,by using the longitude and latitude errors of L-band upper air sounding data,the track of sounding-balloons can be accurate located and sent to aviation control departments for reference,which can avoid sounding-balloon impact on aviation safety.
