筒仓内部压力及流场的数值模拟与实验验证 被引量:2

摘要 利用离散单元法研究了筒仓装卸料过程中的力场和速度场,以期揭示宏观力学行为的内在机理.文中首先介绍了离散单元法的基本原理,然后用物理模型实验测试和模拟了筒仓壁法向压力及物料流动过程,最后用离散单元法研究了筒仓内部压力和物料颗粒速度场,并探讨了颗粒密度和物料密实度的影响.与物理实验结果对比表明,离散单元法用于模拟和分析筒仓壁压力及物料流动规律等是完全可行的. In order to reveal the inherent mechanism of macromechanical behaviour in silos, the distinct element method is used to study the internal contact forces and flow fields during material filling and discharge. First, the fundamentals of distinct element method are introduced in this paper. Second, a series of physical experiments are conducted to test the normal forces acting on bin walls and visualize the whole flow patterns during discharge. Finally, with the particle density and bulk packing density considered, the internal forces and velocity fields of particles in silos are simulated using the distinct element method. It has been shown that the wall normal forces as well as the flow patterns simulated with the numerical model are in good agreement with the experimental results. So the distinct element method can be used as an auxiliary tool in the analysis of silo flow and design.
