摘要
耿井水厂以黄河水为水源,设计规模为20万m3/d.近年来由于原水水质恶化和供水水质标准提高,须对耿井水厂常规处理工艺进行改造.针对水厂原工艺存在的问题,采用"折板絮凝斜管沉淀池+V型滤池"工艺进行改造,改造后的工艺出水水质良好,滤后水浊度基本稳定在0.25 NTU左右.本工程设计特点及经验可供其他工程参考.
The capacity of Gengjing Water Treatment Plant is 200 000 m3/d and its raw water source is the Yellow River.Owing to the degradations of raw water quality and improvements of tap water quality,the transformation of conventional treatment technology should be conducted to meet the demands of the new tap water quality standards.The techniques of the former water treatment plant were transformed by means of the table-flap flocculation and slanted tube sedimentation tank and V filter in this paper.According to the operational records,the outlet water quality of transformed treatment techniques is fine and the turbidity of the outlet water from the filter is approximately 0.25 NTU.The engineering design characteristics and experience can be applied in other similar projects.
