摘要
在当前新农村建设大发展下,青岛市在社会主义新农村规划方面取得了一定的经验,也存在一些问题,如何结合现状并有所发展,对于青岛市新农村规划的进一步开展具有重要意义.就新农村规划现状和存在问题进行了分析与思考,并结合青岛实际情况对新农村规划拟采取的措施进行了总结与探索,提出青岛新农村规划的3种观念,以期青岛的新农村规划得以科学合理地进行.
With the development of the new rural construction,Qingdao has a lot of experience and at the same time faces some problems in the new socialist countryside planning.How to develop in combination with the status quo is of great significance for the further development of the new rural planning of Qingdao.In light with the actual situation of Qing-dao,this paper analyses and gives a thought to the status quo and the problems of the new countryside planning,and summarizes and explores the measures taken in the new countryside planning.In conclusion,it presents three ideas for the new rural planning of Qingdao so that the new countryside planning of Qingdao can be carried out scientifically and reasonably.
