摘要
滑动摩擦热对材料物理特性和应力水平有显著的影响,开发能再现滑动摩擦过程的数值模拟方法对克服试验中物理量测量的不方便、节省试验成本有一定意义.在借鉴摩擦界面原子振动理论关于摩擦因数计算的基础上,利用ABAQUS提供的用户摩擦子程序VFRIC二次开发平台编写了考虑不同滑动摩擦因素(接触压力和相对滑动速度)的摩擦模型,结合实例对无磨损金属干摩擦情况下的摩擦热应力与机械应力耦合进行了模拟分析,以验证二次开发模拟方法的有效性.
Sliding friction heat is recognized as an important factor for the physical properties and stress levels of materials,and the numerical simulation method of sliding friction has some advantages in the current physical test,such as convenience and test cost.On the basis of the friction interface atomic vibration theory,the user subroutine VFRIC provided by ABAQUS is used to develop a friction model,and the model takes several factors(contact pressure and relative sliding speed) into consideration in the numerical simulation.Finally,an example of metal friction under wearless dry friction is introduced to verify the effectiveness of the given friction model.
