摘要
以酶促酯交换反应得到的改性茶油为原料,对改性茶油的溶剂萃取脱酸工艺条件进行初步研究,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面分析法确定了溶剂萃取脱酸的最佳工艺条件。即:乙醇水溶液浓度为88.00%,物料比为1:1。
Preliminary research on the deacidification technological process of modified tea oil by solvent extraction was investigated.The response surface methodology was conducted to optimize the conditions for solvent extraction based on the single-factor test.The best conditions for solvent extraction can be concluded as follows: ethanol aqueous solution concentration 88.00% and material ratio 1:1.
