首先概要阐述了制作多媒体计算机辅助教学课件的主要过程和基本步骤，然后介绍了用VB和超文本标记语言HTML开发多媒体CAI课件的主要技术，给出了在VB中调用超文本标记语言的基本程序和一般方法，并讨论了多媒体功能的实现等关键技术．
This paper, first,summarises the main processes and basic steps of programming developingmultimedia CAI courseware, then introduce the main teChniques of multimedia CAI courseware withVB and Hyper Text Markup Language, and then presentes the basic programs and common methodsfor transferring Hyper Text Markup Language in VB, finally, discussings key techniques such as therealization of multimedia function.
