摘要
文章依据参数化特征建模技术论述了数控镗(铣)床TK6410 主轴箱中几种关键零件三维实体的造型设计方法。对阵列、齿轮、零件族、零件族表等造型方式进行了较为深入的研究,此类方法正是产品建模系统强大的造型功能的具体体现。从而使系统具有方便快捷,自动化程度高、可扩充的功能。
Based upon parametric feature modeling technqiue ,this paper deals with method of modeling as three dimensioned entity several important kinds of parts in main spindle box TK6410 of a numerically controlled boring and milling machine. Focus is laid on the modeling of pattern, gear,part family and part family table in Pro/E.For its powerful modeling functions,the method makes the product CAD system convenient, highly automatic and expandable.
