摘要
自动分拣线远程控制系统由三菱FX2N系列PLC及TC35i短信模块构成,通过个人手机或飞信软件,可实时监控自动分拣线,当分拣线出现故障或达到一定的生产要求时,能及时向负责人发出报警提示信息。本文介绍了分拣线的的整体框架、分拣线工作工作流程、TC35I的AT指令及PDU模式的数据分析。
Automatically grading line is made up of mitsubishi remote control system FX2N series PLC and TC35i SMS module,through personal cell phone or Fetion software,can monitor automatically grading line,when the sorting lines break down,the superviser can receive the alarm message.The paper Introduces the overall framework of sorting line,sorting line work work process,the TC35I units = pdus mode AT instructions and data analysis.
