摘要
目的通过对血液透析期间发生低血压的案例进行列举分析,为护士能准确判断病情,增加对血液透析期间发生低血压的判断知识和处理方法。方法在广州中医药大学第一附属医院血液净化中心通过半年的观察和记录,对32例透析期间发生低血压的案例分析总结。结果按临床表现进行分类总结,列举了4种案例,对其原因分析及方法处理进行总结探讨。结论透析过程中低血压的发生是多因素综合作用的结果,症状性低血压患者分类护理对临床护理工作有指导参考作用。
Objective Hypotension during hemodialysis was cited with case analysis for nurses to accurately judge the disease and increase the knowledge and treatment of hypotension during hemodialysis.Methods To summarize and analyze 32 cases of hypotension during dialysis in the Blood Purification Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM,with six months of observation and recording.Results Classification was taken according to clinical manifestations and four kinds of cases listed for analysis of the causes and treatment.Conclusions Classification of nursing in patients with symptomatic hypotension has a guiding reference for clinical nursing.
