摘要
目的观察针灸治疗对卒中后痉挛性瘫痪状态的影响。方法 80例卒中后痉挛性瘫痪状态患者随机平分为两组,对照组采用康复训练,观察组患者使用针灸治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95.0%。对照组总有效率为75.0%,两组间总有效率相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组FMA、BMI与治疗前相对比,评分均有显著性差异,但是观察组的评分有更加明显的上升。结论针灸治疗卒中后痉挛性瘫痪具有明显的效果,能够改善患者肢体运动功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture in treating spastic paralysis after stroke.Methods 80 patients with spastic paralysis after stroke were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received rehabilitation training,and the treatment group received acupuncture treatment.Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group.The total effective rate between the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）,there were significant differences in the FMA,BMI scores before and after treatment in both groups,but the observation group had the more significant score increase.Conclusion Acupuncture for the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke has significant effect,it can improve motor function of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
