摘要
目的探讨米索前列醇联合利多卡因用于疤痕子宫流产麻醉中的效果与安全性。方法 40例自愿要求引产终止妊娠的疤痕子宫患者平分两组,对照组以利多卡因注射麻醉后行人工流产术,治疗组在此基础上加用米索前列醇阴道放置治疗。结果治疗组镇痛总有效率为90.0%,对照组为65.0%,治疗组的临床有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的产后2小时出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),两组用药后出现不良反应的例数比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论米索前列醇联合利多卡因用于疤痕子宫流产麻醉镇痛效果好,能预防产后出血,对技术要求也不高,操作简便,不良反应小,值得推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of misoprostol combined with lidocaine for anesthesia in scar uterus abortion.Methods 40 patients with scar uterus who required voluntary termination of pregnancy was equally divided into two groups,the control group was undergone the induced abortion after anesthesia with lidocaine,based on the control group,the treatment group was given the vaginal treatment with misoprostol.Results The total effective rate of analgesia was 90.0% in the treatment group and 65.0% in the control group,the clinical efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,2 h post-partum bleeding in the treatment group was less than the control group（P〈0.05）,by the comparsion of the number of cases of adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Misoprostol combined with lidocaine for anesthesia in scar uterus abortion has good analgesic effect and can prevent post-partum hemorrhage,the technical requirements are not high,the operate is simply,the side effect is few,so it deserves popularizing and using.
