摘要
高职学生在校企合作企业顶岗实习时存在学习主动性较差、心浮气躁、态度不够端正等问题,原因在于:学生价值观不健全,岗位适应能力差,岗位责任心不够,社会适应能力较弱等.解决这些问题需要加强学生品德教育,缩短专业教育与实践生产的距离,不断修订人才培养方案,培养学生吃苦耐劳精神,加强学生独立生存能力的培养.
Vocational college students feature in poor initiative,impatience and attitudinal inefficiency in the school-business in-post cooperation.This reflects their improper value,adaptability and sense of responsibility.Countermeasures include strengthening their moral education,shortening differences between learning and practice,and revising training programs.
