摘要
针对21世纪外语专业毕业生就业存在的问题,如:就业供需不平衡,毕业生工作能力与用人单位人才需求相脱节,英语专业与小语种市场供求失衡等现状,高校应改变传统的人才培养模式,转变教学观念和教学方法,使教学积极主动地为社会主义市场经济服务,进一步提高外语专业毕业生的就业率。
There exist some problems in the employment of the English-major graduates,e.g.the unbalance between the market supply and demand;the disjunction of the abilities of graduates to the needs of employers and the unbalance of the supply and demands of English and the small languages.Therefore,in order to promote the employment rate of the English-major graduates,the traditional personnel training pattern and teaching methods and concepts should be changed to make the teaching serve the market initiatively.
