摘要
目的:建立一套科学、客观、全面的预防医学本科专业实习质量评价指标体系。方法:采用文献复习法、专家访谈法和德尔菲法。结果:建立一套包括4个一级指标、17个二级指标、54个三级指标的评价指标体系。结论:该指标体系结构较为合理,内容较为全面,能满足教学管理部门对实习教学质量监控的实际需要。
Objective: To build a set of scientific, objective and all-round index system of internship qtmlity assessment from preventive medicine major. Methods: Literature review, expert interview and Delphi Method were employed. Results: A set of index system assessment has been built including 4 first-level indexes, 17 second-level indexes and 54 third-level ones; Conclusion: The structure of this index system is relatively reasonable with its overall contents. This index system can meet the actual requirements of teaching management department towards the monitor for teaching quality in the process of internship.
