摘要
以漯河医学高等专科学校为龙头,吸收68家医院、相关行业(企业)为成员单位组成的豫健医药卫生高等职业教育集团,创新和实践特色鲜明的"工学结合"人才培养模式,共建专兼结合的专业教学团队,积极开展实训实习、技能培训和产学研合作,有效拉动了人才培养、学生就业和医院(企业)发展,校院(企)双方实现深度合作、双赢共进。
Yujian Medicine ＆ Health Higher Vocational Education Group, consisting of Luohe Medical College as its leader and 68 hospitals or enterprises of associated professions as members, has innovated and practiced the distinctive talents cultivation mode of combination of working with learning, organized a professional teaching team with both htU-time and part-time teachers, carried out practice, skill training and cooperation of production, learning and research positively. Thus talents cultivation, student employment and hospital （enterprise） development have improved; the college and hospital （enterprise） have realized close cooperation, double win and advancement.
