摘要
分别在酸性和碱性介质研究了偶氮胂Ⅲ,甲基蓝,溴酚蓝,酸性品红和亚甲基蓝同蛋白质结合的光度性质.在适宜p H 条件下,上述染料均可与蛋白质结合,使染料吸光度下降.除亚甲基蓝外,其余染料吸光度的降低与一定浓度范围的蛋白质成正比.初步讨论了染料性质与蛋白质结合程度的关系.
Spectrophoto metric characters of protein com bination with Arsenazo Ⅲ, Methyl blue , Bro mophenol blue , Fuchsine acid and Methylene blue have been studied in acidic mediu m and alkalinemediu m respectively . Protein can co m bine the above mentioned dye to reduce absorptivity of dye so lution at optim um p H. The concentration of protein in a given range is proportional with reducedabsorptivity of above dye solutions except for Methylene blue . The m utual relation of dye propertiesand ability to com bine protein have been discussed initially .
