摘要
尝试建立一个规范化的体系结构,使来自不同研究者的不同模型可以方便地规范化地嵌入其中,最终形成能反映切削过程各个侧面的数字工艺原型。应用实例表明,数字化加工过程可以提供一个有效的方法和手段将加工过程仿真到物理层次,从而有可能实现在制造前评估所设计的工艺。
Virtual machining process is one of the most important research fields in virtual manufacturing. This paper proposed a standard model architecture for describing the machining process,different machining models from different researchers can be easily embedded into this architecture, and finally the machining process can be modeled and simulated at physical level. An application is illustrated that virtual machining process offers an effective way to simulate machining surface error at the physical level and realizes verification of machining process before a real machining process is performed.
