摘要
中国特色社会主义民主是存量民主和增量民主之间互动的渐进发展过程。在中国渐进主义政治发展的实践中,社会主义人民民主的发展已取得可喜的成绩,然而这座大厦还未最终建起,还应该继续推进社会主义人民民主的发展。因此,在战略和策略上必须坚持一种渐进式的民主发展道路,在路径选择上应从党内民主推进人民民主、从基层民主推进高层民主、从民主体制中较少竞争到更多竞争,来真正实现社会主义人民民主。
Socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics is a gradual interactive process between storage democracy and incremental democracy.In a process of China＇s politics of gradualism,having made gratifying achievements,we should continuously promote people＇s democracy development.Thus,we will stick to gradual democratic road.People＇s democracy will be really realized by the improvement of both people＇s democracy from inner-party democracy and senior democracy from primary one and the transition from less competition to more competition in democratic system.
