摘要 针对数控机床传动系统缺乏有效的监测诊断手段,利用驱动伺服电机电流信号的高信噪比、易于测量、不受系统结构影响的特点,提出了基于伺服电机电流信号的机床传动系统监测诊断方法。在分析传动部件对伺服电机电流信号影响规律的基础上,讨论了电机电流的循环自相关解调技术,设计开发了相应的监测诊断系统。为保障数控机床运行的稳定性,促进监测诊断技术的进一步发展具有重要的意义。 Aiming at lacking effective method for monitoring and diagnosis of CNC machine tool drive system,combined with that current signal of servo motor drive have some advantages,such as high signal to noise ratio and lower system interference,this paper introduces a new technology based on motor current signal of servo motor for drive system's fault diagnosis of machine tool..Based on the drive system's expression mechanism in motor current,autocorrelation demodulation of cyclo stationary process for the motor current is studied,monitoring and diagnosis system are designed and developed.These studies are significant for steady operating of CNC machine tool,and promote further development of monitoring and diagnosis technology.
