摘要
制备了粒径为微米级的酞菁钴(CoPc)-Fe3O4纳米复合粒子,并用它与氯化石蜡油组成了活性较高的无水电磁流变(EMR)液,同时用IR、XRD、SEM对(CoPc)-Fe3O4纳米复合粒子进行了表征。结果表明,CoPc在Fe3O4纳米粒子表面形成了单层分散层,其阈值(最大单层分散容量)为0.06gCoPcc/g(Fe3O4)。CoPc通过一定程度的化学键作用与Fe3O4纳米粒子形成了有效的复合,提高了其抗氧化能力和稳定性。该EMR液既具有电流变效应又具有磁流变效应,当同时施加电场和磁场时,它表现出显著的协同效应。
The cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) - Fe3O4 nanoparticles complex with the size of micron have been Prepared and dispersed in chlorinated paraffin oil to form electrorheological / magnetorheological (EMR) fluid with high activity. The complex are characterized by XRD, SEM, IR. The results show that CoPc forms monolayer dispersion on the surface of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and the threshold of this monolayer dispersion is 0. 06g/g (Fe3O4). There are somewhat chemical bonding and offective complex between CoPc and Fe3O4 nanoparticles, which improve the antioxidation and stability of the complex greatly. This EMR fluid has both electrorheological and magne-torheological effect and has synergistic effect when the electrical and magnetic field are applied at the same time.
