骨关节结核患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α水平及其意义

摘要 目的:探讨骨关节结核患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF)-α在免疫机制中的作用及临床意义。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法,检测骨关节结核患者血清TNF-α水平,并与正常对照组进行比较分析。结果:病例组TNF-α表达水平[(263.60±68.16)ng/L]明显高于正常对照组[(154.25±61.73)ng/L],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:TNF-α参与了骨关节结核患者的抗感染免疫调节,其血清水平可作为监测病情活动和转归的参考指标。
