颞叶癫大鼠海马齿状回NT-3表达与突触密度变化的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨神经营养因子-3(NT-3)在颞叶癫大鼠海马齿状回突触重建中的调控作用。方法:采用红藻氨酸(KA)侧脑室内微量注射制作颞叶癫大鼠模型,用免疫组化法检测不同时间点(对照组及致后6,24,48 h,7 d组)大鼠海马齿状回NT-3蛋白的表达,用免疫电镜法在相同时间内检测大鼠海马齿状回突触密度的变化。结果:KA致后6 h,NT-3蛋白在海马齿状回表达开始减少(P<0.01),48 h降至最低,7 d上升;KA致后24 h,海马齿状回突触密度开始减少(P<0.05),48 h最低,7 d上升至正常;NT-3的表达量与突触密度变化呈中度正相关(r=0.536,P<0.05)。结论:NT-3可能对颞叶癫大鼠海马齿状回突触的重建有调控作用,影响其兴奋性。
