摘要
文化是高校管理的灵魂,贯彻和实施文化管理,是加强高等学校内涵建设、实现科学发展的必然选择。高校文化管理包含育人理念、主流价值观、学术发展空间、办学特色和定位等软要素。高等学校实施文化管理要以核心价值体系为指导,以人为本,完善文化管理系统建设和运行机制。
The authors of this paper have discussed the management and construction of culture in the higher learning institutions in that their scientific development t is the soul of the management in this field,and proposed related solutions.
