摘要
国外赠书是图书馆发展特色馆藏的重要来源。国外赠书的接收丰富了图书馆馆藏,节约了购书经费,对高校图书馆外文文献建设起了重要作用,因此需要图书馆对国外赠书进行科学的管理,以便为国外赠书发挥其效用提供必要的保障。
Donated books by foreign countries are an important source of the characteristic collection in the library.Receiving donated books enriches the library collection and saves the funds of purchasing books,which also plays a vital role in the construction of foreign bibliography of university libraries.Therefore,the library is required to carry out the scientific management on these donated books so as to guarantee the usefulness of these donated books.
