摘要
目的评价雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂(L-OHP)治疗老年晚期大肠癌的疗效和安全性。方法 41例晚期大肠癌患者分为两组,A组21例,予雷替曲塞3mg/m2,d1,静脉注射15min,奥沙利铂130mg/m2,d1,静脉滴注3h,每3周重复1次。B组20例,用FOLFOX方案,奥沙利铂130mg/m2,d1,静脉滴注3h,甲酰四氢叶酸(LV)200mg/m2,静脉滴注2h,续予5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)400mg/m2静脉滴注6～8h,连用5d,每3周重复1次。结果 A、B两组分别有21例和18例可评价,有效率分别为38.1%和16.6%,中位疾病进展时间(TTP)分别为8.3个月和5.2个月,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。副作用方面,A组在脉管炎、黏膜炎及胃肠道反应发生率方面明显低于B组。结论雷替曲塞联合L-OHP方案在老年晚期结直肠癌的治疗上优于FOLFOX方案。
Objective To assess the effect and security of raltitrexed with oxaliplatinl in the treatment of senile advanced colorectal carcinoma.Methods 41 cases of advanced colorectal cancer were divided into two groups,21 cases in group A were given intravenously raltitrexed 15 minitues drip with 3 mg/m^2 on day 1,oxaliplatinl 3 hours drip with 130 mg/m^2 on day 1.The regimen repeated every 3 weeks was a cycle.20 cases in group B were given oxaliplatinl 130mg/m^2 over 3 hours infusion on day 1,leucovorin 200 mg/m^2 infusion over 2 hours from day 1 to day 5 and 5-fluorouracil 400 mg/m^2 for 6～8 hours as the same way.The regimen repeated every 3 weeks was a cycle.The data from the 2 groups were evaluated.Results 21 and 18 patients in groups A and B could be evaluated,respectively.RR were 38.1% and 16.6%,median TTP were 8.3 and 5.2 mouths in groups A and B,respectively（P〈0.05）.Side effects in group A is lower than that in group B.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of raltitrexed plus oxaliplatinl is better than 5-fluorouracil and leucovorin plus oxaliplatinl.
