摘要
目的探讨喉真菌病的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我科2005年8月至2009年1月期间收治的5例原发性喉真菌病患者的临床资料,总结经验教训。结果 5例均给予局部雾化吸入抗真菌药及口服抗真菌药治疗,1个月后复诊,5例均治愈。4例随诊4年无复发,1例失访。结论喉真菌病局部雾化吸入加口服抗真菌药效果较好,全身不良反应小。
Objective To discuss strategies on the diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal mycosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 5 patients with laryngeal mycosis treated from August 2005 to January 2009,based on a review on their clinical data.Results 5 cases were treated with local anti-fungal bacteria inhalation and oral antifungal drug therapy,and treated with speak forbidding for 2 weeks.5 cases were all cured.After the therapy,4 cases had been followed up for 4 years without recurrence,and 1 case did not follow up.Conclusion For the treatment of laryngeal mycosis,it is better to treat with local anti-fungal bacteria inhalation and oral antifungal drug.
