摘要 介绍基于股波信号的非接触式钢丝绳张力检测原理,提出股波信号的加窗快速傅里叶变换谱分析算法,利用LabVIEW开发程序计算仿真信号的相位差。仿真结果表明:该算法通过加窗函数能够有效地抑制谐波对基波的干扰和信号截断引起的频谱泄露,准确地提取基波参数,明显提高测量精度。 A non-contact measurement principle of wire rope tension based on wave signal was introduced.The spectral analysis algorithm of wave signal based on windowed fast Fourier transform was proposed.The phase difference of simulation signal was calculated by LabVIEW.The simulation results show that the interference of the harmonics on the fundamental spectrum and signal leakage caused by truncation through windowed function can be suppressed using the algorithm.The fundamental spectrum parameters are extracted accurately and the measurement accuracy is improved significantly.
