摘要
官地电站砂石料生产系统产生的废水主要来自大、中、小石冲洗筛和棒磨机,正常生产所产生的废水量为280~330 m3/h。为了对废水进行处理,使其达标排放,引进了矿山开采中使用的陶瓷过滤机,其工艺流程为:首先,通过刮砂机将废水中的一部分粗砂进行回收;然后,这部分废水与棒磨机的废水一起进入细砂回收车间进行细砂回收;紧接着,废水流入混合池,在混合池内添加絮凝剂后泵送至沉淀池进行石粉沉淀;最后,将沉淀池的石粉浆液泵入陶瓷过滤机,浆液中的水通过陶瓷片的毛细孔吸出,从而达到石粉和水的分离。滤后的水非常清澈,与厢式压滤机相比,不但工作效率高、运行成本低,而且运行效果稳定可靠。
The wastewater produced by aggregate processing system of Guandi Hydropower Station mainly comes from large,medium,small stone washing screens and cylinder mills,the quantity of wastewater in a normal production is 280~330 m3/h.In order to meet the discharge standard of wastewater,we introduce the ceramic filter which is used in mining exploitation.The technological process is as follows: recycle coarse sand in wastewater with sand scraper;and this part of wastewater together with the wastewater of the cylinder mill are used for recycling fine sand in recycling workshop;then the wastewater flows into mixing pool and is pumped into settling tank for stone-powder settling after adding flocculants;finally,the settled sandstone slurry is pumped into the ceramic filter to separate stone-powder and water.The water is very clear after filtering.Compared with the chamber filter press,the ceramic filter has the advantages of higher efficiency,lower cost,and more stable operation effect.
