摘要
为了测算张家口地区燕麦生产的比较优势并分析其影响因素,探讨燕麦产业发展的对策,利用综合优势指数法分别对该区燕麦的效率优势指数、规模优势指数及综合优势指数进行了分析测算。结果表明,张家口地区燕麦的综合优势指数(AAI)为5.81,说明燕麦与该区其他主要农产品相比,具有较强的综合比较优势。基于此,提出了优化燕麦生产区域布局,提高单产;加大对燕麦产业发展财政支持力度;加强燕麦生产基础学科研究及扶持燕麦龙头企业等对策。
To estimate comparative advantage of oat production in Zhangjiakou city and analyze its influencing factors,efficiency advantage index,scale advantage index and aggregated advantage index were measured by general advantage index method.The result showed that the aggregated advantage index of oats was 5.81,indicating that oats had a stronger comprehensive comparative advantage,compared with other agricultural products.Some suggestions for oat industry were developed as follows：the government should optimize the layout of oat production areas to improve yields,increase financial support for oat industry,strengthen research on oat basal subject and support development of leading enterprises.
