摘要
休闲农业是农业和旅游业相交叉的新兴朝阳产业,是城郊农业发展的新方向。河南省作为一个农业大省、人口大省和旅游大省,发展休闲农业具有重要的战略意义。目前河南省休闲农业已呈蓬勃发展之势,但休闲农业的发展仍处于不成熟的初级阶段,存在着政府扶持不够、监管不力、经营者管理不善、消费者缺乏认知等问题,需从政府、经营者和消费者三方加以改进。
Leisure agriculture,as a new sunrise industry of agriculture combined with tourism,is a new direction of countryside agriculture development.Henan province is a major agricultural province with large population and tourism resource.Development of leisure agriculture has important strategic significance and showed a tendency of booming.However,it is still at the initial stage of immature at present.There is inadequate government support,lack of supervision,poor management of operators,lack of consumption awareness and other issues,which requires improving from the government,operators and consumers.
