摘要
温控系统在工业现场是一个大滞后、强耦合、非线性的系统,常规PID控制器很难取得优良的控制效果。文章依据免疫系统的自适应反馈调节作用,提出了免疫PID控制器的实现方法,并将其应用到常规温度控制系统中。仿真结果表明,免疫PID控制器具有良好的控制品质,当系统发生扰动时具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力。
Temperature control system is a large time delay,strong coupling and nonlinear system.General PID controller is difficult to control it.In this paper,inspired by biological feedback regulation of the immune system,an immune PID controller is proposed.Simulation study is made on temperature control system of industry tank.Simulation research and practical results show that control effect of the method is superior to general PID control,and it is provided with better robustness and adaptive ability even if parameters are changed and disturbs occur.
