摘要
文章对基于恒磁励磁电磁检测方法的户用新型射流热量表流量传感器的结构原理、主要技术特征、流量测量特性,以及传感与信号处理技术等内容作了较为详细地描述、分析与研究;对涉及射流流量传感器关键核心技术的小流量测量特性,在理论和实验基础上提出了改进的见解与方法;经射流热量表及射流水表产品的批量生产验证,证明了改进小流量特性的见解与方法的有效性。
The structure principle,and main technical features,and flow measurement characteristics,and transducer technology and signal processing technology about flow transducer for the fluidic oscillator type heat meter are analyzed and researched based on the permanent magnetism excitation electromagnetic detection method in detail.Improvement ideas and methods for the key technology of fluidic oscillator type flow transducer,small flow measurement characteristics,are put forward in theoretical and experimental basis.By the batch production of fluidic oscillator type flow transducer,it has been proved that the proposed method used to improve small flow measurement characteristics is effective.
