摘要
笔者以创新环境和创新理论为基础,运用面板数据模型分析了环境规制和对外开放对泛珠三角区域内地九省区技术创新的影响效果。实证结果表明,科技活动人员数和环境规制水平对泛珠三角区域内地九省区技术创新产生负面影响,科技活动经费内部支出和地区经济发展水平对泛珠三角区域内地九省区技术创新产生正面作用;对外开放水平的影响效果则不确定,其中外资依存度对泛珠三角区域内地九省区技术创新产生负面影响,外贸依存度虽然具有正面影响,但存在一定的不显著性。
Based on innovation environment and innovation theories,using the panel data model,the authors analyzed the influence of environmental regulation and opening to the outside world on the technology innovation of nine provinces and areas in inland pan Pearl River district.The empirical research results show that both ST personnel and the level of environmental regulation have negative effect on the technology innovation of nine provinces in the inland Pan Pearl River District,both intramural expenditures on ST activities and the level of regional economic development have positive influence on the technology innovation of the nine provinces and areas in the inland pan Pearl River district.The effect of exterior opening-up level is uncertain and FDI dependence has a negative impact on the technology innovation of the nine provinces and areas in the inland pan pearl River district.The effect of foreign trade dependence is positive but not significant.
