摘要
电动机采用小槽形的设计,可适当减小定子槽形,节约定子用铜,而且在电机性能和温升方面符合技术要求。通过实例说明采用小槽形设计的电动机,定子电流密度增加0.25~0.27A/mm2,每台电动机可节约9~10.5kg铜线,节约了定子的用铜量,使电机的运行达到更加良好的效果。
For the motor designed with small-sized slot,the size of stator slot can be appropriately reduced to save the amount of stator copper wire,and the performance and temperature rise of motor can meet technical requirements.The actual examples show that the stator current density increases about 0.25A/mm2 to 0.27A/mm2 and the amount of copper wire reduces about 9kg to 10.5kg for each motor.By using this method,the amount of stator copper wire can be saved,and the motor has more favorable running effect.
