摘要
端部电磁场计算是准确计算巨型水轮发电机端部温升的前提,也是研究发电机组安全运行的关键之一。以一台1 000MW全空冷式水轮发电机端部为例,建立了三维场-路-运动耦合时步有限元模型,得到了空载、额定负载以及进相0.95三种运行工况下端部电磁场分布。研究结论为巨型水轮发电机端部结构设计提供了理论依据。
Calculation on electromagnetic fields of huge hydro-generator end region is the precondition of accurately calculating its temperature rise,and it is crucial to research the safe operation of generator unit.Taking a 1000MW air-cooled hydro-generator end as an example,the 3D field-circuit-motion coupled time-stepping finite element model is built.The distributions of electromagnetic fields in the end region under three operation conditions of no-load,full-load and 0.95 phase advance are calculated.The research results provide theory basis for design of huge hydro-generator end structure.
