摘要
以三苯胺醛、苯乙酮、3-氰基乙酰基吲哚和醋酸铵为原料,分别在传统加热回流和微波辐射条件下,利用四组分一锅法反应,简便地合成了一系列的三苯胺-吡啶衍生物。该方法具有产率较高、操作简单等优点。产物的结构通过了1H NMR,IR和E.A.表征。
A series of triphenylamine-pyridine derivatives were synthesized by four-component one-pot reaction of triphenylamine aldehyde, aeetophenone, 3-eyanoacetyl indole and ammonium acetate at refluxing temperature and microwave irradiation. This method has the advantages of good yield and easy operation. The structures of the products were characterized by 1 H NMR spectra, IR and elemental analysis.
